Greetings playful person, wonderful that you would like to register for the 2019 InterPlay untensive
Registration procedure:
Click here to register by email. Please note that places are limited to 14 and your place will be confirmed once you pay a deposit of €150 (you can also pay the full amount up front if you find it simpler). You will be sent details by email of how to make this payment. The full balance of fees will be due one week before the event commences. By registering you are agreeing to our cancellation policy as outlined below.
Cancellation policy:
Due to cancellation fees of the venue, we are applying the following cancellation fees this year.
cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event: full refund of any deposit paid
cancellation within 4 weeks of event: 25% of fee
cancellation within 4 weeks of event: 25% of fee
cancellation within 1 week of event: 50% of fee
cancellation on 21 June or later OR not coming and not letting us know: 100% of fee
Note: If we end up fully booked anyway then we will not ask the cancellation fee

If we need to cancel the event (for example due to lack of registrations) you will receive a full refund of any deposit made, but we can not be held accountable for other costs incurred by registrants such as travel tickets etc. We do not anticipate this happening as we have now run this event 4 times and never had to cancel, but you never know.
