Greetings experienced InterPlayer, wonderful that you would like to register for the 2019 InterPlay leaders’ gathering
Registration procedure:
Click here to register by email. Your place will be confirmed once you pay a deposit of €150. You will be sent details by email of how to make this payment when you register. The full balance of fees will be due on or just after the event starts (as we will not know the final price until the last minute). You can pay the balance in cash at the event or by bank transfer in the week after. By registering you are agreeing to our cancellation policy as outlined below.
Cancellation policy:
Due to cancellation fees of the venue, we are applying the following cancellation fees this year.
cancellation up to 4 weeks before the event: full refund of any deposit paid
cancellation within 4 weeks of event: 25% of final fee
cancellation within 4 weeks of event: 25% of final fee
cancellation within 1 week of event: 50% of final fee
cancellation on 23 June or later OR not coming and not letting us know: 100% of final fee
If we need to cancel the event (for example due to lack of registrations) you will receive a full refund of any deposit made, but we can not be held accountable for other costs incurred by registrants such as travel tickets etc.
